LARGO, FL   January 27, 2009 - CC Systems announced today that Indizen Optical Technologies (IOT) of Madrid, Spain and CC Systems of Florida, USA formed a joint venture called the Lens Design Corporation of the Americas (LDCA) to distribute Free Form Lens Designs to all independent wholesale optical labs and retailers in the Americas and the U.K.

Under terms of the joint venture, CC Systems will act as a facilitator to introduce IOT's technically superior free form designs to the marketplace. Seamless integration will be available to all lab management systems using the VCA standard and can be manufactured using any Digital Surfacing Equipment. The competitively priced designs will instantly allow most labs and retail chains to introduce their own branded free form designs.
